1. Performance and use
Zinc stannate Zn2SnO4 (ZTO) is a ternary oxide semiconductor material with a room temperature bandgap of 3.6 eV. It has the characteristics of high conductivity, fast electron transfer, high chemical sensitivity, low visible light absorption, and excellent optical performance. Currently, it has been reported that ZTO has applications in fields such as solar cells, lithium-ion battery anode materials, gas sensitive materials, and photocatalysts. Due to its numerous advantages and practical significance, there have been many studies related to ZTO in recent years, mainly focusing on preparation methods and optoelectronic applications
1. Mainly used as flame retardant and smoke in the plastics industry, it is an environmentally friendly alternative to antimony trioxide (Sb2O3).
It has the advantages of non-toxic, safe and easy to use.
