What is Terpene Resin？

Terpene Resin is a synthetic polymer derived from terpene monomers, primarily β-pinene. It appears as a pale yellow to amber translucent solid with a mild characteristic odor. The resin is insoluble in water but soluble in most organic solvents including aliphatic, aromatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. It exhibits excellent tackifying properties, good thermal stability, and resistance to acids and alkalis.
