What is Glycol Urea?

Application:

Polymer synthesis industry: used as a resin crosslinking agent and monomer for the preparation of amino resins, epoxy resins, and supramolecular polymers.

Coatings and Ink Industry: As a curing agent and functional additive for coatings, it is used in industrial anti-corrosion coatings, UV curing coatings, and printing inks.

Safety profile:

Ganurea is a low toxicity substance with an acute oral toxicity (LD50) greater than 2000mg/kg (in rats). It has no significant irritation upon skin contact and inhalation of dust may cause mild respiratory dryness (such as dry throat and cough) in sensitive populations. It is recommended to wear N95 dust masks (to avoid inhaling dust) and nitrile protective gloves (to prevent powder adhesion) during operation. Pharmaceutical grade products should be operated in a clean environment to avoid pollution; If dust is accidentally inhaled, it should be immediately transferred to a well ventilated area. If symptoms are severe, seek medical attention promptly; If in contact with the skin, rinse with clean water and there is no risk of irritation; The product should be kept out of reach of children and the storage area should be labeled as "non food".

Transportation requirements for packaging of different specifications:

25kg/bag: transported by ordinary trucks, with a stacking height of no more than 8 layers, and wooden pallets laid on the bottom layer. During transportation, ropes are used to fix the packaging bags to prevent them from sliding or tipping over; It is strictly prohibited to mix with sharp objects to prevent packaging from being scratched.

50kg/barrel: the stacking height shall not exceed 6 layers, the bottom layer shall be padded with trays, and the barrels shall be separated by foam plates to avoid collision and damage; During transportation, it is necessary to ensure that the bucket lid is tightened to prevent dust leakage and moisture from entering.
