1. For Defoaming And Antifoam Applications: Silicone oil (polydimethylsiloxane, CAS 63148-62-9) is a highly effective defoamer with low surface tension, rapidly breaking foam in food processing, fermentation, papermaking, water treatment and textile processes.

2. For Release And Mold Release Applications: With excellent release properties and chemical inertness, silicone oil serves as a mold release agent for plastics, rubber and metal casting, providing clean release, high surface precision and long service life per application.

3. For Lubrication And Precision Instruments: Dimethyl silicone oil offers outstanding lubricity and thermal stability across a wide temperature range, making it a reliable lubricant for precision instruments, mechanical parts and moving components.

4. For Electrical Insulation And Heat Transfer: As a dielectric fluid with high insulation resistance, silicone oil is used in transformers, capacitors and electronic components, and also serves as a heat transfer medium in industrial thermal systems.

5. For Textile And Personal Care Formulations: Silicone oil works as a textile softening and waterproofing finishing agent, and as an emollient and conditioning ingredient in hair care, skin care and cosmetic formulations.
