 Applications 

1. Mild Surfactant For Skin And Hair Cleansing: A zwitterionic amphoteric surfactant that cleans gently without stripping the skin, it lowers the irritation potential of anionic surfactants such as lauryl ether sulfate, which makes it a core component of shampoos, body washes and facial cleansers.

2. Foam Booster And Viscosity Builder: It lifts foam volume and stabilises the lather while thickening the formulation, so formulators use it to build viscosity and gel structure in surfactant systems and to keep foam quality consistent across the wash.

3. Hard Water And Electrolyte Tolerance: It foams equally well in hard and soft water, stays stable in high electrolyte solutions and helps solubilise other surfactants into those systems, so performance holds up in salt thickened and highly filled formulations.

4. pH Stability And Broad Compatibility: The molecule acts as a cation in acid media and as an anion in alkaline media, and it is compatible with anionic, cationic and non ionic surfactants, giving formulators one amphoteric ingredient to work with across a wide pH range.

5. Wetting And Detergency For HI&I Cleaners: A mild wetting agent with good detergency and coupling performance, it supports home, industrial and institutional cleaners and liquid dishwash, where its hydrolytic stability and low odour suit long shelf life products.
