 Applications 

1. Bifunctional Isocyanate Silane Coupling Agent: Carries a reactive isocyanate group at one end and three hydrolyzable methoxy groups at the other, so the isocyanate reacts with hydroxyl, amino and other active hydrogen groups in the organic phase while the silanol formed by hydrolysis bonds to inorganic surfaces, bridging the two.

2. Reactive Adhesion Promoter For Polyurethane Adhesives And Sealants: Used as a reactive adhesion promoter in polyurethane adhesive and sealant systems, particularly where the bond has to hold on glass, metal, ceramic or mineral substrates.

3. Wet Adhesion To Glass, Metals And Difficult Substrates: Gives excellent wet adhesion on glass, metals and other inorganic substrates, and it also adheres well to substrates that are normally hard to bond, such as nylon and other plastic parts.

4. Surface Treatment For Silica, Glass Fibre And Mineral Fillers: Used to modify the surface of silica, glass fibre, mineral fillers and other hydroxyl bearing inorganic materials so they become compatible with the organic polymer matrix, improving coupling in filled and reinforced composites.

5. Crosslinking Agent For Adhesives, Sealants, Coatings And Primers: Acts as a crosslinking component and adhesion promoting silane in adhesives, sealants, coatings and primers, and the cured system shows very good thermal, chemical and ultraviolet stability.
