Application:

1.Potassium Fluorotitanate used as an analytical reagent and also for the manufacturing of titanium dioxide and metallic titanium, it can be used as a catalyst for polypropylene synthesis.

2. It is a component of metal phosphating surface adjustment, used as a catalyst for polypropylene synthesis, etc

3. Catalysts used for the synthesis of polypropylene, such as titanium dioxide, metallic titanium, aluminum titanium boron alloys, etc.

Safety profile:

When in contact with the skin, it may cause mild dryness or irritation in sensitive individuals due to the presence of fluoride ions. Inhaling dust may cause respiratory discomfort (such as coughing and dry throat). Wear N95 dust masks, nitrile protective gloves, and chemical resistant goggles during operation to avoid inhaling dust and long-term skin contact; If dust is accidentally inhaled, it should be immediately transferred to a well ventilated area. If symptoms are severe, seek medical attention promptly; If in contact with the skin, thoroughly wash with soapy water to avoid residual fluoride ions; It is strictly prohibited to mix with food and medicine to prevent accidental ingestion.

Storage requirements:

It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well ventilated sealed warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight. The warehouse temperature should be controlled at 5-35 ℃, away from heat sources such as heating pipes, boilers, and heating equipment. The warehouse should be equipped with ordinary lighting and ventilation equipment , and open flame operations are strictly prohibited .

The relative humidity in the warehouse should be strictly controlled at<50% to prevent product moisture absorption and agglomeration . It is recommended to place calcium chloride or silica gel desiccants in the warehouse (10-15kg per 100 square meters), install an automatic humidity monitor, regularly check and replace desiccants to ensure that the humidity meets the standard.

The product packaging should be kept sealed and intact. For unused products after opening, the bag mouth should be immediately sealed or the bucket lid should be tightly closed, and sealed with tape to prevent dust leakage and moisture intrusion; The remaining products should be labeled with the opening date, prioritized for use, and stored separately from acidic substances and edible items to prevent cross contamination.

Transport & Packaging:

5kg/bag: transported by ordinary trucks, with a stacking height of no more than 8 layers, and wooden pallets laid on the bottom layer. Fixed with ropes during transportation to prevent the packaging bags from sliding or tipping over; It is strictly prohibited to mix with sharp objects to prevent packaging from being scratched.
