Food Grade:
1. Premium Milk Powder, Soy Milk Powder, and Coffee Creamer (Non-dairy Cream): As an acidity regulator and anti-caking agent. It stabilizes the pH of the powder system, preventing proteins from coagulating or precipitating due to pH changes during reconstitution; it also maintains the powder's looseness and flowability.
2. Baking Premixes and Baked Goods: Used in combination with acidic ingredients (such as SAPP) as a buffer in complex leavening agents. Its anhydrous form does not release moisture into the flour during storage, thus extending the shelf life of the premix and ensuring effective gas production during baking.
3. Processed Cheese and Condensed Milk: As a highly efficient emulsifying salt. Anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate prevents the separation of fat and water in cheese during high-temperature processing, resulting in a smooth, uniform texture and preventing protein hardening during high-temperature sterilization.
4. Meat Products and Minced Meat: Improves the water-holding capacity of meat, locks in juices, and increases the elasticity and juiciness of the finished product.
Daily Chemical Grade:
1. Phosphate-free/Low-phosphorus Detergent Additive: Acts as a pH buffer in liquid or powdered detergents. It stabilizes the pH of the detergent solution within the optimal slightly alkaline range for stain removal, while also possessing a certain ability to chelate hard water ions (calcium, magnesium), preventing dirt from redepositing on fabrics.
2. Toothpaste Quality Improver: Adjusts the pH of toothpaste and, in synergy with other phosphates, provides a certain degree of tartar prevention and fluoride stabilization.
Industrial Grade:
1. Industrial Boiler Water Scale Inhibitor: Adding anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate to boiler water reacts with calcium and magnesium hardness ions in the water to form loose, non-adherent phosphate salt sludge, which is regularly discharged through blowdown, thus preventing boiler scaling.
2. Metal Surface Passivation and Electroplating: Used for phosphating metal surfaces before painting to form a protective film to prevent rust and enhance paint adhesion; also used as a buffer in the electroplating industry.
