Application:

1. Food industry (as food additives): Moisture retainer, quality improver, acidity regulator, chelating agent, emulsifying and dispersing agent

2. Highly efficient water softener and corrosion and scale inhibitor for industrial water treatment

3. Detergents and cleaning agents, auxiliaries, integrate metal ions and soften water quality

4. Highly efficient water reducer and dispersant for ceramics and building materials

5. Mineral flotation agents, dye dispersants, and drilling mud regulators in other industrial fields

Safety profile:

It is a non-toxic and safe ingredient that is good for the skin when used in small quantities. It is also non-sensitizing but can be mildly irritating for sensitive skin. A patch test is, therefore, recommended. It is also safe for the environment and may or may not be considered vegan - depending upon its source.
