N-Phenyl-1-naphthylamine CAS 90-30-2

1-Naphthylaminobenzene (CAS 90-30-2, commonly known as Antioxidant A) is an aromatic secondary amine rubber antioxidant. It appears as white to pale yellow crystals but gradually turns purple when exposed to sunlight and air. It is primarily used in natural rubber and neoprene, offering excellent protection against heat, oxygen, and flex aging. It is widely used in the manufacture of black rubber products such as tires and hoses. It should be noted that this product is polluting, and industrial-grade versions are toxic due to impurities; therefore, they are not suitable for white or light-colored products.
