Application Scenarios:

Food grade: emulsifier, moisture retaining agent, acidity regulator and texture improver.

1. Dairy products (cheese, condensed milk, milk powder): used as emulsifying salt in cheese (cheese) processing to prevent fat separation, making the cheese uniform in texture and smooth in taste; in condensed milk and evaporated milk, it can prevent protein from solidifying when heated, extending the shelf life.

2. Meat product processing: used for ham, sausage and bacon, etc. It can improve the water holding capacity of meat, lock in meat juice, make the finished product more tender and juicy, and at the same time improve the yield rate of the product.

3. Instant noodles and starch products: Improve the gluten network structure, making the noodles more elastic and tough, making them less likely to break and make the soup muddy when cooked.

It can react with calcium and magnesium ions in the water to generate loose phosphate slag, which is discharged with the sewage, thereby preventing boiler scaling and protecting equipment.

2. Fabric printing and dyeing and detergents: used as stabilizers and auxiliaries in the printing and dyeing industry; used as builders in detergents, which can chelate metal ions in hard water and improve the decontamination effect of detergents.
