Food industry:

Sodium Fumarate used as a food additive (acidity regulator, stabilizer) for beverages, baked goods, meat products, dairy products, etc.

Pharmaceutical industry:

As a pharmaceutical intermediate and excipient, it is used to prepare anti-inflammatory drugs, anti rheumatic drugs, and oral preparations.

Feed industry:

Sodium Fumarate used as a feed additive (nutrient fortifier) for livestock and poultry feed, aquatic feed.

Acidulant:
