Food Grade
1. Premium GDL Tofu & Jelly Coagulant: Used in the food industry as a protein coagulant and structural buffer. It is commonly employed in the production of "GDL tofu" (glucono-delta-lactone tofu) or boxed silken tofu. Its gentle release of calcium ions ensures the resulting tofu has excellent water retention, good elasticity, and a tender white appearance, free from any bitter or off-flavors.
2. Nutritional Fortification for Formulated Foods: Widely added to infant formula, high-calcium and high-iron complementary rice cereals, prenatal multivitamin powders, formulated milk products, breakfast cereals, and functional electrolyte drinks. It offers high bioavailability and exceptional stability; it does not catalyze the oxidative deterioration of unsaturated fatty acids in food, thereby perfectly preserving shelf life.

1. Nail Strengthening and Fortification: A key active ingredient in premium nail strengtheners, nail-hardening polishes, and high-gloss top coats. It directly replenishes the nail plate with absorbable calcium, effectively resolving issues such as brittleness, delamination (peeling), and thinning caused by calcium deficiency, resulting in strong, lustrous nails.
2. Soothing Sensitive Skin & Repairing the Skin Barrier: Calcium ions act as "commanders" in epidermal cell differentiation and the formation of an intact skin barrier. When incorporated into repair creams or soothing sprays, this grade promotes the formation of tight junctions between epidermal cells, rapidly alleviates redness, and reduces skin sensitivity to external irritants.
