Industrial Grade:
1. Industrial Cleaning and High-Concentration Detergents: Because anhydrous materials do not release water of crystallization, preventing surrounding powder from becoming damp and clumping, they are ideal raw materials for many powdered and block-shaped concentrated detergents.
2. High-Concentration Solid Detergent Formulations: Widely used in industrial dishwasher blocks (washing bricks), heavily soiled laundry detergents, and automatic washing machine tub cleaners. It strongly chelates with calcium and magnesium ions in water (softening hard water), significantly enhancing the detergency of surfactants.
3. Degreasing of Large Metal Surfaces (Pre-treatment before Electroplating/Painting): Before electroplating, anodizing, or painting hardware and automotive parts, it is necessary to thoroughly remove stubborn oil stains left from machining. Alkaline cleaning solutions prepared with anhydrous trisodium phosphate are very stable in high-temperature tub washing and can efficiently saponify and emulsify animal, vegetable, and mineral oils.
4. Chemical Cleaning of Boilers and Heat Exchangers: Industrial boilers or central air conditioning pipe networks develop stubborn scale after a period of operation. Adding anhydrous materials to the cleaning formula can chemically peel and disperse calcium and magnesium scale.
Food Grade:
1. Anti-caking and quality improvement of solid powder foods:
* Solid beverage and soup powders: such as instant coffee powder, milk tea powder, compound seasoning powder, premixed flour, etc. It acts as a moisture retainer and acidity regulator in these products. Anhydrous components have low water absorption, preventing the entire package of solid powder from absorbing moisture, collapsing, or clumping during its shelf life.
* Instant noodles and grain products: As a dough improver. It improves the water-holding capacity of the dough, making the noodles more elastic and resilient after cooking, and less likely to become mushy.
