 Applications 

1. Beverage Weighting Agent And Cloud Stabilizer: Raising the specific gravity of the flavouring oil phase so that it matches the aqueous syrup, it keeps the essential citrus oils evenly suspended instead of forming a ring at the neck of the bottle, and it stabilises the cloud so the drink holds its appearance through storage.

2. Non Brominated Alternative To Brominated Vegetable Oil: Containing no bromine, it performs the same weighting duty in flavour emulsions, making it a direct replacement for brominated vegetable oil in citrus drinks, cocktail mixers, beer, malt beverages and wine coolers while staying odourless and flavourless at use levels.

3. Nail Care And Colour Cosmetics Plasticizer And Film Former: Used as a plasticiser that adds durability and flexibility to nail polish films, and as a film former and viscosity regulator in colour cosmetic and skin care formulations where a flexible, non tacky film is wanted.

4. Fragrance Fixative And Hair Care Ingredient: An odourless ester that serves as a fragrance fixative in perfumes and fragrance compounds, and it is also used in hair care and hair styling products where it contributes to film formation and hold.

5. Coatings, Hot Melt Adhesives And Printing Inks: Acts as a modifier and plasticiser in lacquers, hot melt coating formulations and extrudable plastics, improving adhesion, gloss and heat stability in printing ink systems, and it is also added to hot melt adhesives and coatings used to package flatware, tools and machine parts.
