Food Grade:
1. Condiments and Pickles: Used in soy sauce, vinegar, compound sauces, jams, pickled vegetables, and kimchi. It has a strong inhibitory effect on molds and yeasts that easily cause a white film on the surface of sauces.
2. Beverage Industry: Suitable for carbonated beverages, fruit juices, tea drinks, and dairy products. It not only acts as a preservative, but its subtle natural cinnamon aroma also helps preserve and enhance the fragrance, making the fruity aroma more intense and lasting.

2. UV Protection Auxiliary: The cinnamic acid group itself has the ability to absorb ultraviolet (UV) rays, therefore it is often added to sunscreens or daily skincare products as a photostable agent and sun protection auxiliary ingredient.
3. Fragrance in Daily Chemicals: It has a slightly sweet honey and cinnamon scent and can be directly used as a fragrance ingredient in soaps, shampoos, and laundry detergents.
