Applications
1. Dispersant And Scale Inhibitor For Water Treatment: An anionic polyelectrolyte that keeps calcium carbonate, metal oxides and metal salts dispersed in water instead of depositing as scale, and it works as a dispersing and flocculating agent in industrial water treatment and container cleaning systems.
2. Conductive And Antistatic Polymer Applications: Medium molecular weight grades around 70,000 are the usual choice for building conductive films and the conducting polymer complex PEDOT:PSS, used in flexible electronics, organic solar cells and OLED hole transport layers, and it also serves as an antistatic resin for electrographic and electrophotographic substrates.
3. Pigment And Graphene Dispersion: Low molecular weight grades below 10,000 act as dispersing agents in pigment preparation and as a viscosity reducing dispersant for graphene, and across grades the polymer disperses metal oxides and sulfates and keeps particulate solids suspended.
4. Protective Colloid And Rheology Modifier: Functions as a protective colloid for oil in water emulsions and as a viscosity modifier in water based adhesives, and the higher molecular weight grades give strong thickening, suspending and flocculating performance for textiles, coatings and industrial suspensions.
5. Membranes And Ion Exchange: Used to prepare adsorption ultrafiltration membranes that remove macromolecules and colloids while capturing toxic metal cations from water, and as an ion exchange material whose sulfonate groups exchange cations in solution.
Quality Assurance
Every batch of chemicals leaves our factory with complete laboratory documentation — not a promise, but verifiable test data. From incoming raw material inspection to finished-goods release, each batch is tested against published specifications, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies every single shipment. What you order is exactly what we test — and what we ship.
Tested by our in-house ISO 9001:2015 laboratory. Verified independently by third-party labs on request (SGS / BV / Intertek). Traceable from raw material to your warehouse.
