Industrial Grade:
1. Intumescent Fire-Retardant Coating for Steel Structures: Widely used for fire protection of exposed steel structures such as high-rise buildings, airports, and bridges. When a fire occurs, ammonium polyphosphate decomposes upon heating, releasing strong acidic substances and non-flammable ammonia gas. The strong acid causes the polyols (such as pentaerythritol) in the coating to dehydrate and carbonize, while the ammonia gas inflates the carbonized layer, forming a dense, honeycomb-like carbonaceous foam isolation layer on the steel structure surface, dozens of times thicker than the original coating. This "carbonized bag" effectively isolates oxygen and heat, preventing the steel structure from softening and collapsing at high temperatures.
2. Polymer Plastics and Synthetic Rubber (PP, PE, EVA, Polyurethane): Used to manufacture flame-retardant appliance casings, automotive plastic interior trim, electronic component encapsulation materials, and fire-resistant cable materials for rail transportation. High-polymerization-degree APP has extremely high heat resistance, does not decompose during high-temperature plastic extrusion processing, and does not migrate or precipitate within plastics.
3. Fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials for buildings: Added to wall insulation materials such as polyurethane foam (PU) and extruded polystyrene board (XPS), giving these flammable foams excellent self-extinguishing properties.
4. Forest fire prevention and flame retardancy of crop residues: Prepared into a high-concentration aqueous solution, it is sprayed by helicopter onto forest edges or flammable grasslands as a chemical firebreak; it is also used for fire-retardant impregnation of wheat straw and rice straw.
5. Fire-retardant impregnation of wood and high-grade paper: Wood, plywood, fiberboard, or special fire-retardant paper is soaked in an APP solution. After drying, ammonium polyphosphate crystals remain inside the wood fibers, achieving a flame-retardant standard of B1 or higher according to national standards.
6. Flame retardant finishing of textiles and carpets: Used as a flame-retardant coating for automotive seat fabrics, high-grade curtains, theater curtains, and hotel carpets. It provides excellent self-extinguishing ability without damaging the original feel and color of the fabric.
Fertilizer-grade - Highly concentrated liquid compound fertilizer and foliar fertilizer:
In liquid fertilizer, it actively chelates trace elements such as iron, zinc, manganese, and copper, preventing antagonistic reactions between trace elements and phosphate ions to form insoluble precipitates, thus greatly improving the comprehensive utilization rate of water and fertilizer. At the same time, it hydrolyzes slowly after being applied to the soil, making it a safe slow-release phosphate fertilizer.
The inner lining is a polyethylene plastic bag, and the outer packaging is a composite plastic woven bag. Each bag weighs 25 kg net.
