 Applications 

1. Heavy Metal Free Anticorrosive Pigment: An inorganic phosphate pigment used as a rust preventive in place of lead based and chromate based anti rust pigments, and it offers good storage stability together with weather resistance that suits both solvent borne and water borne systems.

2. Compatible With A Wide Range Of Binder Systems: Blends into alkyd, phenolic, epoxy, epoxy polyester, acrylic melamine and silicone resins, styrene acrylic emulsions, polyaniline resins, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyethylene and chlorinated rubber, so formulators can carry it across a broad coatings portfolio.

3. Primers, Thick Film, Powder And Water Based Coatings: Used to build rust preventive coatings, zinc rich primers, thick film coatings, powder coatings, organotitanium anti corrosion coatings, rust resistant coatings, fire retardant coatings, heat resistant coatings and water based coatings.

4. Water Resistance And Corrosion Resistance In Service: The pigment contributes both good water resistance and strong corrosion resistance to the cured film, and it has been shown to improve the protective performance of magnesium rich epoxy coatings on magnesium alloy substrates.

5. Adsorbents, Ion Exchangers, Refractories And Catalysts: Beyond coatings it also draws interest as an adsorbent, an ion exchanger, a refractory material, an inorganic molding material and a catalyst component.
