 Applications 

1.Monomer For Pressure Sensitive Adhesives: 2-Ethylhexyl acrylate (CAS 103-11-7) is a key monomer for acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives, the polymer class used in tapes, labels and self adhesive films.

2.Latex Paints And Coating Binders: Through emulsion polymerisation it becomes a latex binder for paints and coatings, including architectural coatings where film flexibility is required.

3.Paper Coatings And Textile Finishing: It is used in resins for paper coatings and in the finishing of textiles, where it acts as a soft co-monomer that brings flexibility into the binder.

4.Printing Inks, Coatings And Impregnation: The acrylate is applied in the production of paints, printing inks, coatings and impregnation products for industrial substrates.

5.Reactive Diluent In Radiation Curing: It also serves as a reactive diluent in radiation curing processes, lowering viscosity in the formulation and then reacting into the cured film.
