1. Introduction

Potassium oleate, also known as potassium octadecenoate, with an HLB value of 20, is a commonly used emulsifier for rubber with good emulsification properties and stability, and is widely used in polyurethane insulation board PIR foam systems.

3.Application Areas

Potassium Oleate is a potassium catalyst that is used as a trimerisation catalyst for polyurethane rigid polyisocyanurate, which is widely used in polyurethane insulation panels for PIR foam systems. Potassium oleate is also widely used as a rubber emulsifier, foaming agent, isolating agent, detergent, lubricant, fibre softener and surfactant.
