1. For Water And Wastewater Treatment: Polyethyleneimine (PEI, CAS 9002-98-6) is a highly cationic polymer used as a flocculant and coagulant in industrial and municipal water systems. Its high charge density neutralizes negatively charged particles and suspended solids, speeding up clarification and sludge settling in wastewater treatment.

2. For Papermaking And Pulp Processing: In paper manufacturing, PEI works as a retention and drainage aid and a fixative agent, improving fiber and filler retention on the wire, reducing additive loss and supporting cleaner process water in pulp and paper mills.

3. For Adhesives Coatings And Tackifiers: With strong affinity for a wide range of substrates, PEI acts as an adhesion promoter and tackifier in adhesives and coatings, strengthening bonding in laminates, printing inks and specialty surface treatments.
