2-Ethylhexyl Acrylate (2-EHA) is a low-viscosity monofunctional acrylate monomer primarily used in the production of emulsion polymers, pressure-sensitive adhesives, paints, and coatings. It features a branched alkyl group, which provides flexibility, low glass transition temperature, and good elongation to the resulting polymers.
