What is Diethylene 2- (2-Ethoxyethoxy) ethyl acetate？

Diethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate is an important ether ester organic solvent, which is prepared by the esterification reaction of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether and acetic acid. Its molecular structure contains both ether bonds (- O -) and ester groups (- COO -), combining the low polarity solubility of ethers with the high compatibility of esters. It is an excellent "high boiling point slow drying solvent" in the industrial field.

Application:

1. PVC cold-resistant auxiliary plasticizer is widely used in PVC transparent soft board, cable material, artificial leather and calendering film.

2. Lubricant for metal and fabric, internal lubricant is widely used in PVC dosage 1-3%

3. As a plasticizer for nitrocellulose and ethyl cellulose, it can improve the gloss, water resistance and scratch resistance of the coating when used in coatings

4. This product can be used as a lubricant for aluminum foil rolling and metal wire drawing.

5. As a cosmetic additive, it is used as a moisturizer for creams and lipstick products.

6. 2- (2-Ethoxyethoxy) ethyl acetate is a lubricant and release agent for various resin processing, widely used in extrusion, injection molding and calendering products of transparent soft and hard polyvinyl chloride and polystyrene products

7. Paint film modifier
